We are a disability support services provider specialising in Support Coordination, Plan Management, Personal Care, Daily Living and Social/Community participation supports.
Our Lead Support Coordinator has NDIS-LAC background – a prefect companion in your journey to achieving your life goals.
We have already completed NDIS Certification audit for our services and received Provisional Certification Recommendation to the NDIS Commission in 2023
and we are waiting on the NDIS Commission’s final approval to become a fully registered NDIS Provider.
For now, we are able to support NDIS participants who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed.
Once approved as a NDIS Registered Provider we will also assist Agency-Managed NDIS participants and will be providing more products and services including Plan Management.

Our Lead Support Coordinator was previously a NDIS Local Area Coordinator, with years of experience in supporting hundreds of NDIS participants including plan reviews, plan builds, implementations and support connections.
Our support coordinators have a wide and deep knowledge of the NDIS, with comprehensive undertstanding of the available services and your entitlements to maximise your independence and help achieve your life goals.
